Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
Mondframe Ltd ("Mondframe", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Who we are
Mondframe Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office and company number are available on request and will be listed here once filing is complete. You can contact us about any privacy matter at hello@mondframe.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us through our quote form, by email or phone: name, email address, phone number and the property address relevant to a shoot.
- Booking and project information: the package chosen, shoot dates, access instructions and any briefing notes you send.
- Media we produce: photographs, drone footage and virtually staged images of the properties you instruct us on.
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type and pages viewed (see the Cookie Policy below).
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes — on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver, edit and supply the media you have booked — performance of our contract with you.
- To send service updates and invoices — performance of our contract.
- To improve our website and services, and for occasional marketing to existing clients — our legitimate interests, which you can object to at any time.
Property occupants and third parties
When you instruct us on a property, you confirm you have the right to commission media of it and have informed any vendor, landlord or tenant in residence. Where a property is occupied, you are responsible for obtaining the occupant's awareness of the shoot. We will not knowingly capture identifiable people without a lawful basis.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our form provider (Formspree), cloud storage and email providers, and any CAA-licensed pilot we sub-contract for a specific flight. All are bound to process data on our instructions only. We may disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact. Project records and the media we deliver are kept for up to 6 years to meet tax and contractual obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@mondframe.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 May 2026
These terms apply to all services provided by Mondframe Ltd. By booking a shoot or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide property photography, aerial drone videography and AI virtual staging within approximately 30 miles of central London. Package contents and prices are set out on our website and in the booking confirmation. We may decline or reschedule a booking where a site is unsafe, inaccessible, or where weather prevents safe drone operation.
2. Booking and access
- A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for arranging access and ensuring the property is ready (cleared, lit and presentable) at the agreed time.
- If we cannot gain access or the property is not ready, a call-out fee may apply (see Refund Policy).
3. Drone operations
All flights are carried out in line with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rules. We may be unable to fly in certain restricted zones, in poor weather, or where airspace permissions are refused. In those cases we will deliver the remaining services and adjust the price for any element we could not provide.
4. AI virtual staging
Virtually staged and decluttered images are illustrative only. They show how a space could look and do not represent the actual furnishings or condition of the property. You are responsible for labelling such images appropriately in your listings, in line with the National Trading Standards guidance on property marketing and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.
5. Turnaround
Our 24-hour delivery guarantee runs from the completion of the shoot, excluding weekends and bank holidays, provided we have the access and information needed. Where a delay is caused by factors outside our control, we will keep you informed.
6. Intellectual property and licence
We retain copyright in all media we produce. On full payment we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered media to market the specific property it was created for, including on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla and on your own channels. The licence does not extend to resale of the media to third parties. We may use anonymised media in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
7. Payment
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may withhold delivery or the usage licence until payment is received in full.
8. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from inaccurate information or access problems you are responsible for. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected booking.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
This policy explains how Mondframe uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function and can provide information to the site owner.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work, such as remembering your form session. These do not need consent.
- Functional — set by embedded tools such as our 360° virtual tour viewer when you open it, so the tour works correctly.
- Analytics — if enabled, these help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We only set these with your consent.
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through any consent banner we display, and you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work, such as the booking widget.
Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
We want you to be happy with every shoot. This policy sets out when refunds, re-shoots and fees apply. It sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where they apply.
If the media is not as agreed
If delivered media does not meet the brief or has a technical fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will re-edit or, where reasonable, re-shoot the affected media at no extra cost. A re-shoot is our first remedy before any refund.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice: no charge.
- Less than 48 hours' notice: up to 10% of the booking value may be charged to cover reserved time.
- No access on arrival or a property not ready to shoot: a call-out fee of up to 10% of the booking value may apply.
Weather and airspace
Where weather or airspace restrictions prevent the drone element only, we will deliver the rest of the package and refund or omit the charge for the aerial element. We will offer to return for the aerial footage at the next suitable opportunity.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. To request a refund or re-shoot, email hello@mondframe.co.uk with your booking details.
